Paper Submission

Please read the information carefully before submitting your paper:

You should submit an electronic copy of your final paper manuscript (from 4 to 6 pages - double columns, single space), in pdf- and doc-format. Please see Format Instructions for more details. You should submit a copy of your paper via the online registration form.

The final manuscript must be accompanied by the conference registration form for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings

The conference proceedings will be published

1) in the international journal "Information Technology in Industry". It is indexed in Web of Science (Emerging Sources Citation Index) by Thomson Reuters.

2) in the conference proceedings «2017 Second Russia and Pacific Conference on Computer Technology and Applications (RPC)», the proceedings will be published in the digital library IEEE Xplore, the library is indexed in Scopus .

Authors should choose one of two publication options .

When choosing the publication option pay attention please to copyright agreements for each of the options:

1) Copyrights remain with the author.

2) IEEE Copyright Policy and Procedures (from the PSPB Operations Manual):

-- all technical, educational and professional publications of the IEEE, except newsletters, but including Society and Technical Council Newsletters and e-Newsletters, are required to be copyrighted by the IEEE;

-- prior to publication by the IEEE, all authors or their employers shall transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers. Such transfer shall be a necessary requirement for publication, except for material in the public domain or which is reprinted from a copyrighted publication;

-- in return for the transfer of authors’ rights, the IEEE shall grant authors and their employers permission to make copies and otherwise reuse the material under terms approved by the Board of Directors.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts on the basis of originality, significance and clarity, and only those papers presenting novel research results or successful innovative applications are accepted for publication.
