Secure Energy Efficient Scheme for Generating File Shares with Distributed Storage in Personal Area Networks In this paper, we propose how to generate file shares for enhancing efficiency. To accomplish this, we first provide how to determine the ratio of each file share to consider the remained size and network speed. In addition, we proposed a scheduling algorithm, which enables to make the file shares with the above ratios. We demonstrate that our scheme can improve efficiency.

The development and study of the methods and algorythms for the classification of data flows of cloud applications in the network of the virtual data center This paper represents the results of developing a hybrid approach to the control of traffic routes. The approach enables to identify traffic flows in the virtual data center in real-time systems. Our solution is based on the methods of data mining and machine learning, which enable to classify traffic more accurately according to more parameters. As a practical result, the paper represents the algorithmic solution which embodied in a module for the controller of the software-defined network.

Recognition algorithms based on radial functions One of the urgent problems in the field of computer vision is the problem of developing algorithms for recognizing objects represented as images. To solve the problem under consideration, recognition algorithms based on radial functions are proposed. The main idea of the proposed algorithms is to form a set of preferred features. To test the efficiency of the proposed algorithms, the problem of diagnostics of diseases of cotton, according to the images of their leaves, is solved.

Ontology-driven human-computer cloud for decision support The paper discusses a novel cloud architecture that unifies different types of resources (hardware, software and human) and leverages them for decision support. One of distinctive features of the proposed cloud architecture is extensive use of ontological models and ontology-driven inference techniques. This paper describes some of the core ontological models used in human computer cloud and the ways they are used to deliver value for all stakeholders of the human-computer cloud environment.

Simulation software for multicommodity flows model of interregional trade The paper defines a mathematical model of interregional trade of a country which is based on multi-commodity network flow equilibrium approach. Based on the model the software is implemented as a cloud service on heterogeneous computing architectures. The paper demonstrates the use of software for the simulation of inter-regional freight traffic of the Russian Far East region based on input data provided by open statistics sources.

Supporting interdisciplinary research with services and cloud infrastructure The problem of open information exchange substantiates the perspective of SOA paradigm for the creation of infrastructure that supports interdisciplinary research. The infrastructure solves problems of service and data cataloging, publication and multi user editing of data, deployment and execution of services and theirs compositions. The developed infrastructure effectively utilizes resources, adapts to environment changes and solves problems in biology, geography and ecology sciences.

These expressions have a parameter varying in time (from test to test) regularly or accidentally. It is the base to estimate the probabilistic characteristics of complex stochastic systems.
